Course Goals
The goal of this course is to provide a comprehensive surgical toolkit for addressing Pediatric and Adult Acquired Flatfoot Deformity (AAFD). We focus on the biomechanical rationale for "realigning the tripod" of the foot, ensuring participants can select the appropriate procedure based on the severity of the deformity and the flexibility of the joints.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Master Ankle Arthroereisis: Identify the "Sinus Tarsi" anatomy and demonstrate the correct insertion of subtalar implants to block excessive eversion.
- Execute Medializing Calcaneal Osteotomy.
- Perform Lateral Column Lengthening (Evans Osteotomy).
Course Highlights
- Hands-on practice with subtalar implant systems on foot models.
- Osteotomy Sawbones Workshop: Practical experience performing MCO and Evans lengthening, including the application of specialized plates and screws.
