Course Goals
The primary goal of this course is to master the precision required for "Realignment Surgery." We focus on the biomechanical transition of the mechanical axis, ensuring participants can accurately calculate the required correction angle to achieve a stable, long-lasting functional outcome.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Perform Radiographic Planning: Use full-length standing limb X-rays to calculate and determine the precise optimal correction.
- Execute the Medial Opening-Wedge HTO: Master the surgical approach
- Demonstrate Precision Osteotomy: Perform the biplanar bone cut while maintaining an intact lateral "hinge" to ensure stability and rapid healing.
